Our Story

Built for Honolulu. Built for The Kingdom.

Iron Kingz is more than a gym — it’s a community grounded in discipline, mentorship, and the belief that training changes lives.

Why We Exist

A serious room with an open door.

Iron Kingz is more than just a gym — it’s a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other. Our team of experienced instructors are accomplished fighters and skilled trainers, each specializing in disciplines like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and more.

Above all, it’s a safe and supportive environment where everyone, regardless of their background or skill level, can train, learn, and achieve their goals. The mission has always been bigger than fitness: to mentor young people, teach discipline and life skills, and support students inside and outside the gym.

The Founder

It started with boxing.

Boxing gave the founder of Iron Kingz a foundation — discipline, direction, and a way to give back. That experience became the blueprint for the gym: meet people where they are, hold them to a standard, and help them build something real.

Iron Kingz carries that forward every day, turning training into a path for personal transformation and leadership.

The Kingdom

What “The Kingdom” means.

The Kingdom is the people. It’s the beginner and the champion training in the same room, the coach staying late, the teammate holding pads one more round. Everyone who trains here is part of it — and everyone is expected to build it up.

Core Values

Five things we don’t compromise.

01

Discipline

Show up, do the work, and hold the standard — on the mats and off them.

02

Dedication

Progress is earned in the reps nobody sees. We train for the long haul.

03

Sacrifice

Growth costs something. We give what it takes to become better.

04

Humility

Every belt, every record starts with a beginner willing to learn.

05

Hard Work

No shortcuts. The Kingdom is built one honest round at a time.

Training Philosophy

Fundamentals first. Always.

Technique before power. Control before contact. We build athletes on a foundation that holds up under pressure — whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or a competition record.

Community & Mentorship

We coach people, not just fighters.

The gym is a place to grow. We invest in young people, support members through life outside the ring, and build champions in life first.
